Kevin P. Rosenblatt
M.D., Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Kevin Rosenblatt is the Chief Scientific Officer and Lab Director at Brazos Pathology, LLP. He has more than 30 years of clinical and biomedical research and development experience in multiple settings, including academia, biotech, startups, and clinical practice. Dr. Rosenblatt has published more than 80 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on cancer, neuronal biology, biomarker development, and clinical genomics and proteomics, and he gives lectures at various national and international meetings in these areas. After completing his training in the combined MD-PhD program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, he completed his residency in pathology and a research fellowship in cancer signaling and predictive biomarkers at the National Cancer Institute/FDA. Dr. Rosenblatt served as Director of the Center for Clinical Proteomics at the Brown Foundation Institute of Molecular Medicine and as the Director of the Clinical and Translational Proteomics Service Center at the UT Health Science Center. He was Associate Professor in the Division of Oncology, Department of Internal Medicine at UT Health and the McGovern Medical School and Associate, and Adjunct Professor in the School of Health Professions at the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Peter Bryant-Greenwood

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Peter Bryant-Greenwood is the president and chief medical officer at Brazos Pathology. He has 25 years of leadership experience in genomics, proteomics and personalized medicine. After graduating with a medical degreefrom the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii, Dr. Bryant-Greenwood completed residencies and fellowships at the Laboratory of Pathology (National Cancer Institute) and the Center for Biologics, Evaluation and Research (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). He has served as Director of Molecular Diagnostics and Comprehensive Genetics s at the Queen's Medical Center in Hawaii and Executive Vice Chair , Department of Pathology at John A. Burns School of Medicine. Dr. Bryant-Greenwood also served as Director of Molecular Genomics and Medical Director of Advanced Diagnostic Laboratories at National Jewish Health, an integrated group of laboratories specializing in CRO and esoteric referral testing. Dr. Bryant-Greenwood is a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Shea Spruill
President and Chief Executive Officer
Shea Spruill is our Chief Executive Officer and has extensive experience in healthcare operations. He has managed operations and start up processes for de-novo healthcare groups, for established laboratories and has helped expand the testing operational capabilities for hospital groups. He has established multiple laboratories and has managed the planning, budget, buildout, staffing and operations of those projects. Additionally, he has overseen the regulatory compliance for said projects across multiple regulatory bodies including CLIA, COLA, CAP and the Joint Commission. Having a long laboratory industry experience, he has worked across a broad segment of positions and understands the field at a 10 foot to 10,000 foot view. Shea holds a degree in biology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX and has his MT (AAB) certification. When not in the lab, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He can often be found at his children’s soccer and volleyball games, or fishing from a dock. He enjoys giving back and volunteers at his kid’s elementary school, as an advisor to the school district’s bond committee and as a mentor for undergraduates at his alma mater.

Marc Mintz
Executive Vice President
Marc Mintz is a seasoned business strategist with over 20 years of international and domestic experience, specializing in strategic planning, marketing, capital raising, and business development. Currently, he plays a pivotal role at VivoSense, where he has contributed to strategy and growth for the past five years. His efforts were instrumental in securing initial seed investments, working closely with the CEO and Chief Business Advisor. Marc has built and led a large international patient care business in the U.S., coordinating with hospitals nationwide and managing ongoing care for patients from the MENA region. His extensive network spans across multiple continents, including clients from Switzerland to Saudi Arabia. Marc’s leadership is marked by his ability to foster cooperation and drive successful outcomes, believing that with the right team, anything is achievable.
Mark Ivezaj

Mark Ivezaj is an accomplished healthcare executive with a decade of experience in operational leadership and entrepreneurial ventures within the healthcare industry. Known for his strategic vision and operational prowess, Mark has consistently driven revenue growth and operational excellence throughout his career. With a background in healthcare administration and a Master's in Healthcare Leadership, Mark has a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling specialized healthcare services. His leadership has been instrumental in achieving significant business growth and fostering high-performance teams. As National Sales Director at Brazos Neuroscience, Mark is dedicated to expanding market presence and forging strategic partnerships. His expertise in sales strategy development and customer relationship management will play a pivotal role in driving Brazos Neuroscience's continued success and market leadership.
