Shea Spruill serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Brazos Neuroscience and brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, laboratory development, and regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, Shea has managed startup initiatives for de novo healthcare organizations, established laboratories, and hospital systems. He has overseen every stage of laboratory development—from planning and budgeting to build-out, staffing, regulatory readiness, and ongoing operations.
His experience spans multiple regulatory frameworks, including CLIA, COLA, CAP, and The Joint Commission. Having served in roles ranging from frontline laboratory positions to executive leadership, Shea understands the industry from both operational and strategic perspectives.
He earned his degree in Biology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and holds his MT (AAB) certification.
Dr. Kevin Rosenblatt serves as Chief Scientific Officer and Laboratory Director at Brazos Neuroscience. He brings more than 40 years of clinical and biomedical research experience spanning academia, biotechnology, startups, and clinical practice.
A recognized leader in biomarker development, clinical genomics, and proteomics, Dr. Rosenblatt has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters focused on cancer biology, neuronal biology, biomarker discovery, and translational medicine. He is a frequent lecturer at national and international scientific meetings.
After completing the combined M.D.–Ph.D. program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Rosenblatt completed his residency training in pathology and a research fellowship in cancer signaling and predictive biomarkers through the National Cancer Institute and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Throughout his career, he has held numerous academic and leadership appointments, including Director of the Center for Clinical Proteomics at the Brown Foundation Institute of Molecular Medicine and Director of the Clinical and Translational Proteomics Service Center at UT Health Science Center. He also served as Associate Professor in the Division of Oncology at McGovern Medical School and as Adjunct Professor at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

After earning his medical degree from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii, he completed residencies and fellowships at both the National Cancer Institute and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. His career has included leadership positions directing molecular diagnostics, comprehensive genetics, and advanced laboratory services across major healthcare institutions.
Dr. Bryant-Greenwood previously served as Director of Molecular Diagnostics and Comprehensive Genetics at The Queen's Medical Center in Hawaii and later led molecular genomics initiatives at National Jewish Health, where he oversaw advanced diagnostic laboratories specializing in complex and esoteric testing.
As a Fellow of both the College of American Pathologists and the American College of Healthcare Executives, he brings a unique blend of scientific expertise, clinical leadership, and strategic vision to Brazos Neuroscience.
